Read about the experiences of our members and how the United States Notary Association is supporting their success in the notary profession.
I recently joined and was really impressed by what they offer. I ordered a free notary journal and fingerprint pad, and their membership fees are low. Now, one cool thing is I can order free supplies whenever I need them. Their shipping is fast, so I got everything I needed quickly. Plus, they provide free signing agent courses to help improve your skills. If you want to improve your notary work without spending a lot of money, definitely check out the United States Notary Association. They’re awesome!
What truly sets this association apart is the outstanding support from its members. You can tell that the organization is run by real, caring individuals who genuinely understand the challenges notaries face. Their friendly and professional demeanor makes it easy to reach out for help or advice. Amanda, in particular, is a true sweetheart – always ready to assist with prompt responses and invaluable guidance.
If you’re a notary looking to enhance your business and connect with an association that truly cares, this is the place to be. I give them my highest recommendation!
One of the standout features for me is the membership certificate—it’s absolutely gorgeous. No other association I’ve been involved with has issued anything like it. My clients and fellow notaries are even asking about it, and I’m proud to recommend USNA to them. The feedback has been nothing but positive.
What truly sets USNA apart is their outstanding member support. Amanda Smith, in particular, has been a tremendous help. She’s always available, answers my questions promptly, and provides helpful solutions. I’ve never experienced this level of personal support in any other association. If you’re looking for an association that genuinely cares about your success, I truly recommend the United States Notary Association.
First off, they have the lowest membership fees in the industry, which is a huge win, especially for beginners like me. But what really blew me away were the benefits—seriously, for the membership fee, I got free supplies, a free signing agent course, and access to a signing agent platform! The free supplies alone paid for the membership, and the course has been such a game-changer for me. On top of that, I’ve already landed two signings through their platform, and I’m just getting started!
Their customer service is absolutely outstanding. Anytime I’ve had a question, they’ve been so helpful and responded immediately, which makes me feel so supported. It’s honestly refreshing compared to other associations I’ve tried. The others just collect higher fees, slap a badge on your profile, and that’s it—no real value in return. This is exactly what a real nonprofit notary association should be like—not trying to make money off us, but genuinely helping us save money and succeed.
I’m honestly so happy, happy, happy I found this association. As a beginner, every penny counts, and knowing that I can get my free supplies anytime as long as I’m a member is such a relief. If you’re on the fence, take it from me—this is hands down the best decision I’ve made for my notary career!
Her kindness and understanding make a world of difference, and I can’t thank her enough for all the support she’s provided. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuine, and I’m so grateful for everything she’s done for me. Thank you, Amanda, for being such a wonderful person and for always going above and beyond!
What I love most is the member support. Whenever I have a question or need help, the team is quick to respond and super friendly. It feels great knowing I can reach out anytime and get solid advice. They really create a nice sense of community among notaries.
If you’re a notary public, I definitely recommend checking them out.
I’ve been questioning for years, ‘What’s the point of belonging to an association if I get nothing out of it?’ But with USNA, I feel supported. I’ve been a notary for over 30 years and have been doing loan signings for 20, so I know what I’m talking about. I wish USNA the best of luck and hope they continue doing what they’re doing because it’s working. Keep it up, USNA!
